Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zion Solutions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you may be eligible for a return, repair, replacement, or refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You may also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Faulty or Incorrect Products

You may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement if a product:

  • Has a fault that you were not aware of at the time of purchase

  • Is not as described or advertised

  • Does not perform the function it was intended for

  • Does not last a reasonable amount of time considering its price and usage

If your product has a fault, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


14-Day Change of Mind Returns

Zion Solutions may accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • The item is returned in original packaging

  • The item is in resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns for opened or used items may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a partial refund depending on the product condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If free shipping was provided, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Special order items

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Software, licences, domains, or digital services once activated

  • Services that have already been completed or started


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order or invoice number

  • The product name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Returning Your Item

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Zion Solutions.

Returned items must be safely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds are normally issued using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
